Since the launch of the new Control Panel there is a new feature called Chat Archive.
The archive stores all your chats during a certain period, so you can search in the recent chats you and your agents have done.
The Search and Selection fields are:
- Chat message
- Visitor city
- Visitor country
- Visitor email address
- Visitor name
- Visitor IP
The search performs an AND on the selected criteria, so if you select multiple criteria it will search for chats that meet all the criteria.

Besides that you can also set an email address where all the chat transcripts will be sent, so you’ll have them in your mailbox as well.
