New feature: chat history

From now on your agents will be able to see the chat history if a visitor has been chatting before. This way the visitor will not have to tell the story again, and the agent will have a clear idea of what has been discussed in prior chats, at the beginning of the current live chat.

You’ll be able to serve your customers even better!
