From now on, in Team Plans (*), the agents have other agents in their list of chat contacts. This way co-workers can chat with each other, for example to discuss business, to consult the other, to deliberate, or give each other advise on customer questions.

You don’t need to set up anything for this, it’s there, ready to use out of the box for new Team customers. In each Team Plan there are 2 agents included by default.
If you are an existing customer with a Team Plan and you would like to have this feature as well, please do submit a support ticket to request it. Our Support Team will be happy to arrange it for you.
